ประกาศเรื่องการบล็อกยูสเซอร์เนมของสมาชิก ที่ได้มีการละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ผลงานของผู้อื่นครับ!!

ผมได้คุยและได้รับทราบข้อมูล เรื่องดังกล่าวมาจากทางผู้ดูแลบอร์ด
ทั้งจากผู้ถูกละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ ตลอดจนได้ตรวจสอบในทางลับมา
จนเป็นที่ทราบได้ว่า สมาชิกในยูสเซอร์ดังกล่าว
ได้กระทำการละเมิดผลงานของผู้อื่น ทั้งที่เว็บไซต์นี้และที่อื่นจนเป็นนิสัย
ผมจึงได้คุยปรึกษากับทางทีมงานผู้ดูแลบอร์ดบางท่าน
และขอใช้สิทธิในการเป็นเว็บมาสเตอร์ เพื่อทำการบล็อกยูสเซอร์ดังกล่าว
เพื่อป้องกันความเสียหายที่จะเกิดขึ้นอีกในวันข้างหน้า
ทั้งเป็นการลงโทษผู้กระทำความผิดไปในตัว
และยังเป็นการแสดงเจตนาไม่ปกป้องผู้กระทำผิด
ยูสเซอร์เนมสมาชิกดังกล่าวที่ถูกแบน(มาจากเลข IP เดียวกัน) มีรายชื่อดังนี้..

- ซายโซยอน
- ดาวแดง
- ตติยะรัศมิ์
- พันทิวา

จึงเรียนมา เพื่อผู้ดูแลบอร์ดและสมาชิกทุกท่านได้ทราบ

เพียงแต่ ไม่สามารถตั้ง-โต้ตอบหรือตอบกระทู้ใดๆได้.. ทั้งยังเป็นการเก็บรวบรวมหลักฐานต่างๆที่ถูกละเมิด
ตลอดจนเปิดโอกาสให้ เจ้าของลิขสิทธิ์ที่แท้จริงได้สามารถ ใช้สิทธิ์อ้างอิงดำเนินคดี
หรือเรียกร้องค่าเสียหาย ในกรณีที่ผลงานของตนได้ถูกละเมิดครับ!!
